Behind Laumei Kofe Co. is a woman who has always believed that the simplest moments can become the most meaningful ones.

As a mother of three, I’ve learned that life is made up of little moments—early mornings, full hands, busy days, shared laughter, and the quiet moments in between. Coffee became more than something I enjoyed; it became a way to pause, connect, and create space for people to feel welcomed.

My journey as a barista deepened that love. I discovered that making coffee isn’t simply about preparing a beautiful drink—it’s about the experience behind it. The conversation at the counter. The familiar smile. The celebration. The stranger who becomes a regular. The moments of connection that happen over one cup of coffee.

Laumei Kofe Co. is the dream that grew from those experiences.

Inspired by my Samoan heritage, my family, and my love for bringing people together, I created Laumei Kofe Co. to offer something more than a mobile coffee cart. I wanted to create an elevated experience rooted in warmth, hospitality, culture, and connection.

As an entrepreneur, I’m building this business with the same values I carry into motherhood: intention, resilience, service, and heart. Every event is an opportunity to share a little piece of our story while becoming part of someone else’s.
